Over more than 30 years in technology, I have worked across software engineering, architecture, product ownership, enterprise platforms and technology leadership—always operating at the intersection where business needs, people and technology meet.
From the real problem to production
My role is rarely just to define an architecture or manage a backlog. I work with stakeholders to understand the real problem, challenge assumptions, explore possible solutions, validate ideas through prototypes, define a viable product and technology direction, and help teams take it all the way to production.
How I approach technology leadership
I believe good technology leadership is not primarily about choosing technologies. It is about connecting business objectives, human needs, product thinking, architecture and execution—while keeping unnecessary complexity out of the way.
I am particularly interested in complex initiatives where the destination is not completely defined yet: new platforms, digital products, transformation programs and ideas that need to move from “could we?” to something real.
